Terms of use

These terms apply to Claim Assist, a Fair Deductions service. By creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to these terms.

What the service does

Claim Assist uses automated and AI-assisted review to help prepare an initial tenancy-deposit deduction proposal from documents and evidence supplied by you. It is not legal advice and does not guarantee any settlement, award or adjudication outcome.

Your responsibilities

You must have authority to upload the documents and personal data you submit. You must review and, where necessary, edit every output before using it. Do not submit unlawful material or use the service to make a decision without appropriate human review.

Plans and allowances

Pay as you go purchases one proposal. Regular includes four proposals per monthly billing period and Team includes twelve. Monthly included allowances reset rather than roll over. Any additional single proposal credit you buy remains available until used while the account is active. Enterprise terms are agreed separately in writing.

Subscriptions

Regular and Team renew monthly until cancelled. Prices and the renewal date are shown by Stripe before payment. You can manage payment methods and cancel future renewal through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available, but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, and your statutory rights are not affected.
