Email support@fairdeductions.co.uk for account, payment or proposal help. Include the email address on your Claim Assist account, but do not email card details or passwords.
Payment issue? Tell us the approximate date, plan and the Stripe receipt or invoice number. Card details are handled by Stripe and should never be sent to us.
Account access
Use Sign in and select the password-recovery option if you have forgotten your password. Email verification links and codes are sent to the address used at sign-up.
Proposal support
Claim Assist is decision-support software. You remain responsible for checking evidence, editing the proposal and deciding whether to send or rely on it.
